How do I contact the OrbitCover team?

I joined the early access list. What happens next?
You're on the list. We'll email you before we launch in your market with your early access details and next steps. Early members get priority access and exclusive benefits when we go live, so keep an eye on your inbox.
How do I update or remove my email from the early access list?
Just email hello@orbitcover.com with the change you'd like, or reply to any email you've received from us. We'll update or remove your details right away.
When does OrbitCover launch?
OrbitCover is currently pre-launch. We're finalizing regulatory approvals and licensed insurance partners in our launch markets. The best way to be first is to join the early access list, and we'll notify you the moment cover is available to you.
How will I receive a payout?
Payouts go straight to the account you connect at purchase: a bank account, UPI ID, or supported digital wallet, depending on your region. As soon as a covered delay is verified, the money is on its way, usually within minutes, with no claim to file.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect what we need to keep you informed and, at launch, to issue your cover and payouts. You can read exactly how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy, and manage cookie choices in our Cookie Policy.
Can I buy cover right now?
Not yet. OrbitCover is in pre-launch while we complete regulatory and partner approvals, so cover isn't on sale today. Join the early access list and you'll be among the first able to buy when we open in your market.
