These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the OrbitCover website, operated by MedPiper Technologies (“OrbitCover”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the site or joining our early access list, you agree to these Terms.

This is a starter document provided for transparency during pre-launch. It is not legal advice and it is not an insurance contract. Please have it reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

Pre-launch status

OrbitCover is a product in development. The website describes our intended product and is for general information only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell insurance, a binding quote, or a promise of cover, payout amount, payout speed, or availability. Features, amounts, currencies, triggers, and timelines shown are illustrative and may change.

Any insurance product will be offered only when and where we are authorized to do so, through the relevant licensed insurance partners, and subject to its own policy terms.

Early access

Joining the early access list adds your email to a notification list. It does not create any insurance relationship, reserve any product, or guarantee that a product will be offered to you. We may contact you about the launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The OrbitCover name, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
